[Notice] Actions Taken Against Illicit Activities in Alchemarket

Following our previous announcement on August 9, 2022, regarding illicit activities in Alchemarket, we have continued to take firm action against any related misconduct with each update.

Our development team is actively monitoring in-game activity, and please be aware that disciplinary actions may be applied retroactively if any violations are discovered during ongoing reviews.

We will continue to do our best to provide the best possible service, and we sincerely appreciate your continued support in helping us keep Lord of Heroes fair and fun for everyone.

◈ Actions against Illicit Activities in Alchemarket

1. Reason for Disciplinary Actions
- Violation of the Terms of Services Article 9

2. Disciplinary Actions
- Permanent Ban (1 people)
- 30 Days Temporary Suspension / Retrieving all items earned from prohibited activities

3. Accounts :

※ Any in-game items or other profits from prohibited activities will be retrieved.
※ If an account possesses items/currencies less than the unjust enrichment they have earned, the 'Resource Withdrawal System' will apply to the account.
※ Accounts with the 'Resource Withdrawal System' applied will be unable to earn any corresponding in-game items/currencies until they have returned all amount of their unjust enrichment. (Items and currencies charged as unjust enrichment will be returned immediately to the 'Resource Withdrawal System' once the account earns them.)
※ Disciplinary action against accounts involved in any violation/prohibited activities will proceed without any prior announcement.

Please note that the Alchemarket was not designed to support Alchemite transfers between multiple accounts.
