Laphlaes dreams of a world where all exist in harmony and unity, and is hoping elves will become an indispensable force in the world. His calm and warm nature belies his abilities as a powerful archmage, but serves to enhance his talents as a gifted educator.
The elves he has mentored are the pillars of Lumisade; however, to a near-immortal, the responsibility of looking after those who must ultimately pass away may prove more to be shackles of sorrow than a wellspring of satisfaction.
