As a distant descendant of Rosanna and the recognized successor to Isola, Bianca is the nation's brightest rising star.
Although technically from a collateral line of the Devicci family, she quickly caught the eye of Rosanna, who ensured she grew up with a proper education, where she developed her own principles and values.
She is calm and collected in all she does, and very rarely does she lose her composure. Except, of course, when she sees a certain someone from her military academy class.
