As we have shared with you from the last issue report that there were issues with Contract Hero Grand Alchemy & Bulwark Set Option.

[ Contract Hero Grand Alchemy ]
▶ An issue where you were getting an error message, since previous [Hero Contract Grand Alchemy]’s purchase count was not reset.
- We have resolved this issue through recent maintenance on Feb. 2nd
- Limit count has been reset regardless of your previous usage
- We have sent 2,000 Crystals to those who have already reset the limit
[ Bulwark Set Option ]
▶ An issue where the Bulwark set option does not apply on heroes once they are revived.
- We have resolved this issue through recent maintenance on Feb. 2nd
- We are still discussing the terms on how we can compensate those who have used the Bulwark set. Further details will be updated via this notice.
