It is with profound regret and my deepest apologies that I deliver this deeply painful news to everyone who has cherished and supported our games.
As of April 9, 2026, Clover Games has officially filed for corporate bankruptcy with the relevant court.
Despite severe financial difficulties, all of our executives and employees joined in cost-cutting efforts to sustain our game services, and I personally invested every available personal asset, doing everything in my power to keep the services running. However, as the depletion of our funds reached an unbearable threshold, we were forced to confront the devastating reality that we can no longer maintain the company.
I deeply reflect upon my own shortcomings that led to this painful decision — failing to provide you with complete service to the very end — and I sincerely apologize once again.
With a heavy heart, I would like to inform you about the remaining service operations, termination schedule, and refund procedures.

- In-App Purchases Disabled: To prevent any further harm to our users, all in-game purchases were preemptively disabled on April 6, 2026.
- Service Termination Date: The termination will proceed in stages starting from May 9, 2026 (Saturday) at 14:00 (UTC+0).
※ Advance Notice Regarding the Possibility of Early Termination Due to the legal specificities of initiating bankruptcy proceedings, there is a possibility that our servers may be forcibly shut down earlier than scheduled in accordance with the terms of our external server providers. We are at a loss for words regarding this distressing situation, in which your access may be cut off without prior notice, but we earnestly ask for your generous understanding.

As the bankruptcy filing has now been submitted to the court, it has become difficult for the developer to process refunds directly for our users.
We are truly sorry for the inconvenience this causes you until the very end. For refunds regarding your purchase history, we kindly ask that you directly request a purchase cancellation (refund) through the customer service center of the store you are using (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).
We will never forget the warm hearts and encouragement of everyone who has loved Clover Games. The time we spent with you was an unforgettable honor and joy for us.
