Let's take a look at the update we have lined up for the first update of 2026, Jan. 21st (Wed).

1. ★5 Raligon (Dark)
- Raligon (Dark) will be added to the Chronicles.
- Raligon (Dark) can be recruited through Featured Summon: Butterfly of the Otherworld.
- Relics and Comments for Raligon (Dark) will be added to the game.

※ Any Relics & Heroes that are summonable from Featured Summon may be summonable from other summons in the future.
※ If the player has not recruited the featured 5★ Hero within 89 summons, then the player is guaranteed to recruit featured 5★ Hero on the series of summons that includes their 90th.
※ If the player recruits the guaranteed recruit hero before their 90th summon, the summon count will be reset.
※ If the player has 'Featured Summon Tickets', the tickets will be used first before other items. However, if the number of tickets possessed is insufficient to perform all desired summons, the player can use Linkstones to complete the summoning process.

1. The following heroes will undergo balance adjustments:
- Brandon (Dark)
1. The Silent Straits will undergo balance adjustments.
- The Sea God will now have a passive ability that revives Sea God's Spawns upon taking a turn.
- The Sea God will now receive more damage when you deploy more heroes of an advantageous element.- The Sea God's Defense will now increase depending on the amount of turns taken in battle.
- The conditions that activate Lord Skills have been changed.
- Contract Summon Tickets will be added to the Kraken's Coffer.
- New Silent Straits Personal Rewards have been added.
2. New Plaza Finds Obtainable via Fishing
- Starlight Goods Chest (January) will be added. You may obtain Accessory Recipes for January birthday heroes at random.
- You can find the full list of obtainable items and their drop rates by clicking on the box.
3. New Link Summon Heroes
- Players can now recruit Rashad (Fire) via Link Summon.
- Players can select a hero they would like to recruit when summoning on Link Summon.
- Selected hero will have a higher chance of being summoned.
※ Heroes summonable via Link Summon will now have unlockable Aptitudes.
※ When summoning on Link Summon, players can select a Hero and Relic they would like to summon.
※ Selected Heroes and their Relics will have a higher chance of being summoned.
※ Summonable heroes on the Link Summon banner may be subject to change, and any changes will be announced in a separate blog post in the case of such an event.
※ Link Summons do not share a summon count with Featured Summons and Contract Summons.
※ If the player has not recruited the Guaranteed Recruit Hero within 89 summons, the player is guaranteed to recruit the Guaranteed Recruit Hero on their 90th summon.
※ If the player recruits the Guaranteed Recruit Hero before their 90th summon, the summon count will be reset.
※ Detailed information on summon rates is available via the Rates button.
※ When players possess Link Summon Tickets, Link Summon Tickets will be used first in priority over Linkstones.
4. New Relics
- New Relics will be available in 'Names of Legends'.
- New Summonable Relics: Aries (Earth), Brandon (Light)

※ There is no summon count for the 'Names of Legends' Summon.
※ Summons made in the 'Names of Legends' Summon do not count towards the summon count for Featured Summon and Select Summon.
※ The drop rates of each Relic in 'Names of Legends' summon can be found via [Summon > 'Names of Legends' > Rates].
5. New Accessories & Outfits
- 1 exclusive Hanbok accessory will be added for Raligon and Brandon.

※ Each Limited Edition outfit will be available as a Premium Reward in Mission Pass [Raligon] and Mission Pass [Brandon].
※ Outfit grades are divided into Normal and Limited editions.
※ Ancient Collection is an outfit item that changes the overall appearance of a hero.
※ Players can purchase Normal Edition outfits in the Boutique using Temporal Threads.
1. Hanbok Collection Rerun
- Sale duration: Jan. 21st (Wed) after maintenance – Feb. 11th (Wed) 02.59 (UTC+0)
- Players will be able to purchase Syphfride and Lucilicca's Hanbok Collection Outfits in the Designer's Closet during the event.
- Normal Edition Outfits can be crafted with Temporal Threads.
- Players can use 50 Outfit Tickets to purchase a Limited Outfit.
1. Arirang Showdown!
- Event duration: Jan. 21st (Wed) after maintenance – Feb. 3rd (Tue) 02:59 (UTC+0)
- Battleground entry duration: Jan. 21st (Wed) after maintenance – Feb. 2nd (Mon) 02:59 (UTC+0)
- Players will be able to take down monsters with their alliance as part of the Showdown! Knights of Avillon event.
- The level and the stats of the monster in the Battleground will increase the more times you take it down.
- Players can enter the event lobby by tapping the Showdown event banner in the Citadel.
- Players need to be in alliance to participate in Battleground battles in the Showdown event. Battle Tickets are required to enter Battleground battles.
- Battle Tickets drop at certain rates from Story Regions, Records, and Primeval Hall stages during the event.
[Showdown Reward Info]
- Story sequences unlocked as part of the event can be watched again by tapping on Arirang Showdown in the Episodes tab of the Archives.
- Unused Battle Tickets are automatically converted to Gold and sent to your Mailbox when the event ends.

※ Important Notes
- During the event, a Mystic Beast will occasionally appear in wave 2 of the Story Region and Primeval Hall stages.
- Mystic Beasts only appear in stages that you have already completed.
- Piyo Medals are rewarded when defeating a mystic beast.
- Collected Piyo Medals can be exchanged into various items at the special shop.
- Mystic Beasts appear in random elements, and the obtainable amount of medals varies by their elemental type.
- Mystic Beasts have different stats based on the difficulty level of Story and Primeval Hall stages. However, the amount of obtainable medals is the same.
- Remaining medals are automatically converted to 500 Gold per medal when the event ends.
- Obtained medals can only be used within the duration of the event.

A special package that unlocks only when you recruit Raligon (Dark) for the first time.
※ Packages will only be purchasable for 72 hours after being unlocked. If the unlocked package has not been purchased within 72 hours, the package will no longer be purchasable.

※ Artifact Selection Chests are chests that allow you to select an Artifact for a Hero.
※ Artifact Selection Chests can be opened to obtain an Artifact of your choice with your preferred set, part, main property, and skill. Sub-properties of the Artifact will be chosen at random.

[Improvements]
1. Inheritance Skills will now be shown in battle records.
2. Fixed an issue where Schneider (Light) was being displayed as Schneider (Earth) in the Monarch of Avillon Birthday Story.
3. Fixed an issue where Vincent's name in the Records of Camelot was being displayed incorrectly.
4. Fixed an issue where players couldn't select the Records of Camelot icon as their Profile Icon.
5. Fixed an issue where the text for review comments and recruitment cutscenes for Contract Heroes were being displayed incorrectly.
