[Notice] Introducing Hero - Schneider (Light)

#Light_Schneider
Instructor Schneider. He wasn't always such a thorn on the side. He failed to pass the knighthood test twice. Even after he was knighted, he fell off a horse and suffered an injury that still troubles him to this day. The first battalion he was dispatched to after his apprenticeship was known to be the place where dropouts end up in to rot away.

Some gave up in despair, some accepted their fate, but Schneider did neither. He tenaciously stuck to his path. Practice after practice after practice. He believed that only practice could make him a true knight.

His indifferent brothers-in-arms could not understand him. Even though no one was forcing him to do it, he even cut back on sleep to train more and take notes of his mistakes. He did everything he could to get himself out of the pit of failures.

Schneider's goal was clear: To best his idol, an undefeated veteran, in a duel. He lent not even an ear to the crowd's murmurs calling him a reckless rookie. In the end, he proved himself. Schneider managed to defeat the veteran in their last duel before retirement, finally being able to have a taste of his very first victory.

After the duel, he was offered to a position in an elite battalion, but he declined. He wanted to fill in for the retired veteran's position—the instructor. He swore to turn his battalion into a place where elite knights are forged.

The first change he made was to significantly increase the training time to root out the defeatist atmosphere that prevailed in the battalion. His knights, once on the verge of being discharged for incompetence, began to show their true potential. No one expected them to return safely when the monsters attacked them on an expedition, but Schneider and his knights achieved a sweeping victory despite being outnumbered.

His now-skilled comrades have left the battalion for the frontlines. Yet, Schneider remains at his post, to help knights who have been defeated a hundred times to fight their one hundred and first battle, just like how Schneider did in the past. So, don't worry. Because Schneider proved that hard work can beat talent, he will always be by your side to help you overcome your own limits.
