We'd like to inform you of a list of issues currently being investigated by our team. The list will be updated, added, or removed regularly as they are discovered and resolved. Please note that this is not a comprehensive list of all issues we are aware of or working on to fix.

[Fixed Known Issues]
Gameplay
- There is an issue where some dialogues of [F]Zaira are currently unavailable.

- An issue where the battle immediately stops and bring back to the lobby after encountering Harvest Piyo in Primeval Halls

Shop
- There is an issue in Harvest Festival Special Shop where the required medals are not Songpiyon.

[Current Known Issues]
Gameplay
- There is an issue in Gallus Empire (West) where the occupation reward and Accolades are unavailable upon the first clear of Elite 11-16
> The rewards will be given after re-clearing any stage of Gallus Empire (West)
- An issue where [Water] Bianca’s Quadroblast, that it transfers ‘the oldest buff applied to the enemy’ when it supposed to transfer ‘the most recent buff applied to the enemy’ (found on Sep 14, 3:08 UTC+0)
- There is an issue with the Harvest Piyo banner, where text of the banner is displayed the wrong type of the reward item.
> The type of the items that can be achieved from the Harvest Piyo is [Light/Dark], and not [Fire]. (found on Sep 14, 3:08 UTC+0)
Shop
- There's been an issue where some players who were able to access the game during the course of the maintenance purchased a pre-opened free package.
> The package is currently closed for sale until further notice.
> The free package that's been purchased already is unable to re-purchase until it opens for sale and the items will not be retrieved.
