To create a pleasant and clean gaming environment, we at Lord of Heroes have applied detection features to block hacking attempts.
With many new Lords joining us since the last global launch, there are a growing number of hacking attempts on Alliance Raids.
In the process of applying detection features, many Lords that were playing normally were affected by game crashes and other such malfunctions.
To avoid any inconvenience to Lords who were playing normally, the detection function condition was changed around 05:00 May 6th, 2021(UTC+0).
A total of 18 Lords were affected by the detection feature malfunction, and we would like to compensate them for this issue.

Subsequently, users who have attempted to hack and compromise the fairness of the game have been identified. Thus, the following restrictions have been applied according to the game operation policy.

◆ Date of sanctions: May 6th , 2021 (Thursday) at 10:30 (UTC+0).
◆ Operation policy: llegal Programs & Data Hacking - Logs that cannot be reproduced with normal play in the system have been identified.
◆ Restriction: 1st - Access Restriction (7 days)
◆ Subject to Restriction: 7 cases

Since the 2nd global launch, hacking attempts have been increasing in various content and are continuously being confirmed.
Lord of Heroes will continue to take action against users who violate fair play.
Violating game operating policy, regardless of the time of violation, will result in restrictive action at any given time.
Any losses incurred through such violations is your own responsibility.
