[Notice] If you are using Galaxy S series, please DON’T update to the new OS version!

Greetings, lords!

This news is coming directly from Avillon!

We made an announcement concerning an intermittent crash issue on Google Pixel and Samsung Galaxy S20 series due to incompatibility between Android OS 11 and the Unity engine.

According to the news, other devices such as Galaxy S10, Galaxy Note 10 series will be supporting Android 11 in January 2021. You might experience crashes during the game play if you are using the said devices after the update.

As already mentioned above, this  is caused by incompatibility between Android OS 11 and the Unity engine, and we found out that the same issue is happening to other games as well.

To solve the issue, we are in need of Unity engine upgrades. We are currently preparing for the related updates. Since it is an engine upgrade that includes QA process throughout the entire game content, it will take some time to solve the entire issue.

If we finish the QA process in time, we are planning to update the system in mid January. (The planned hero balance adjustments are still planned at the beginning of January.)

Therefore, we kindly would like to ask you not to update to Android 11 until we upgrade the Unity engine in mid January.

[How to postpone the Android updates (Deactivate Auto Update)]
